Had the salt and pepper chips and curry sauce.The curry sauce was the stand out part, fantastic. Not your usual chip shop type, full of flavour and just the right heat. Made the meal.Will definitely go again and give the menu more of a workout next time.
Givin 3 stars cos didnt order enough variety to really complain.. got chips and curry (hot not mild) couldnt have salt an vinegar cos theyd already put the curry before asking me an i wanted salty chips not salty sauce... got home, tried a chip an had to take a covid test.. bland isnt the word. Wish id got salt an vinegar now just for flavour. The curry is just thick orange water. Had solidified by time I got in and tastes of nothing. Chips look good. I grew up in Urmston with loads of award winning chippies and have lived in several cities across the UK and realised the North West does chips well.These are consistently great chips. Always fresh in 40+ visits. I travel past 2 chippies to get to this one.
