We order lamb curry with butter naan and it was delicious curry. The staff is so friendly. I must recommend if you want a good food must visit BENGAL LANCER restaurant. Atmosphere very peaceful. We must come back.
Visited after many years and glad to know it is under new management. Everythign about the food felt homely and came pipping hot. There was an element of freshness to the dishes especially the fresh onion bhajis. Main course was a treat but desert option was slightly lacking. Also heard from the owner that the restuarant will be going through a new interior design change over so looking forward to be back again soon. The food is fair to middling nothing special, the service is reasonable, the price is about average BUT make sure you eat all you have ordered because if you cant manage it all and ask for a container to take it home there is a £2 00 charge for this ---- i am so suprised as i have never seen this before at any other restaurant as they normally give you the container free.
