The Wonston Arms holds a great story, as a traditional pub that was nearly lost forever. It's not to be missed if you're looking for a true locals' pub with a friendly atmosphere that wraps you up and gives you a warm feeling as you quaff one of their fine ales, or a glass of something else perhaps - there's lots to choose from. Stopped here on a bike ride for a pint and packet of crisps, ended up having delicious vegan pies as advised by Daisy which came with cheese and pickles and a few more pints than expected ☺️ I'd thoroughly recommend and look forward to coming back in the summer?
