We stayed here for three days two nights in September. I was surprised reading some of the other reviews as we had a great time. The spa treatments were particularly good. Oana is fantastic. All the staff we met were great and very attentive and we found the food very nice. I would agree that the service in the bar isn't great, we had to ask two or three times for our food and it came out in stages so we didn't all eat together but, apart from that, it was wonderful. Not bad food but terrible service, we waited over an hour after finishing our main course before having to ask for the bill at the front desk as there wasn't anyone serving our table.

A nice hotel with large rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. Very nicely planted outdoor terrace where you can drink tea or beer. Cleaning windows doesn't seem to be that popular in England ;-) and the food in the restaurant also had a bit of room for improvement. We made a round trip through England in June and July and were able to really relax here! Very quiet.
