Great little petrol station! Affordable, close to the M3 and town centre and it is always clean and well stocked. The staff here are amazing as well! I never go away disappointed! They are all a credit to your company - they're always pleasant and happy to help!

Prices are always one of highest fuel prices in town , I found the staff ignorant and sometimes actually rude . You feel like your putting them out being there and wanting to pay for something,a serious need for customer service training here I can tell you !!!! Avoid!!

Amidst a crisis and severe fuel shortage across Hampshire, a polite member of staff answered my call and informed me they had fuel and there were no queues. I am most grateful for this info ahead of making a risky trip. Quite literally running on fumes, I ran out of fuel as I turned off Grove Road and entered the forecourt!!!

I wouldn’t normally review somewhere like a petrol station but I encountered Megan here tonight on the night shift and can only say that she is a credit to the business. I’m a driver who works nights and as soon as she realised this offered me a free coffee while I was waiting for my next job and despite the ungodly hour was chatty and friendly.

Evey morning I try to get fuel or a sandwich for lunch the place is closed. Went there yesterday at 7.30am to find the forecourt all coned off so couldn't get my fuel for the week. This place certainly is not open 24 hours and the manager needs the boot if you ask me. Absolute joke!!
You never know when this place is open certainly not 24hrs. Cones out everyday causes delays on the main road. Now go to Co op along with everyone else that stops indicates and them moves on due to cones out!

Rip off prices. 7th April 2020. Diesel 133.9. Texaco 400yards away 120.9. Asda Reading 15miles away 108. 9. BP Basingstoke Road 114.9. How can they still be charging 133.9. Absolutely rip off. Only know price as I live opposite. I will never go there.Update 9th April 2020 they have suddenly dropped the price 12p a litre over night its now 121.9p Diesel. Mmm. Funny its Easter weekend and no one will be going out filling up this next 4 days as we are on lockdown they reduce the price. They are still 7p a litre more than all the other BPs around Basingstoke and Reading, 9p more than supermarkets locally and 13p more than ASDA in ReadingIs it really worth paying £6 extra a fill up here just to get 20p in Nectar Points. If your going to fill up 50litres plus your better off driving to Reading or 20 litres plus Gales Garage up by Basingstoke Hospital.
