Great stay here. Had the dinner and breakfast special. Very good value for £25. Very close to town. Wasn’t very busy at breakfast or dinner so was great. Car park right next door and was well used so was confident leaving my car there. Would stay again if in town.
It all started so well with a call from Bobby the afternoon before our arrival explaining the parking at the hotel which was helpful, Bobby was even on duty the following evening to welcome us, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very nice too, the only thing that let the stay down was sticky tables...nothing worse...hot soapy water I would suggest....

Great budget hotel right in the town center of Basingstoke. 2 minutes walk to the Festival Place shopping centre and high street. The hotel has very limited spaces for parking (free) but it is conveniently surrounded by several car parks (not free). The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the on site restaurant is great for breakfast.Rooms: Clean with comfortable bed and great shower.Walkability: Within 2 minutes walk to local high street and main shopping centre.
