Best KFC in the world (or at least Basingstoke), employee of the century goes to Joe R, was super helpful. I was struggling to order at the kiosk and he helped lots, even went out of his way to open every single door for me (even the toilet). Would highly recommend Joes KFCWheelchair accessibility: I’m can’t walk after all that great food
Sam and Venora got us our delivery driver after waiting 2 hours to receive one at leisure park and having to cancel. They saved kfc night and we will be forever grateful. Thank you S and V.

Nearly room temperature chicken. Half of the wings had broken bones. Cold, bland chips. Drink had a mouldy aftertaste. Not really sure what happened to this branch but standards have clearly slipped significantly. Quick service, though, even if not particularly friendly.
