Excellent food and great service, had my 50th birthday here just after Xmas. Everything was prepared before hand, and just made the whole evening easier. Melissa was fantastic in helping me for booking this a few months before hand. Everyone loved the food it came out well cooked and hot. Service from the ladies was exceptional and we didn’t feel rushed and had the whole table for over 4 hours. Really recommend this pub for food and staff. We hired the World’s End room for my Dad’s 60th Birthday celebration. We were very pleased with the buffet- the food was great and very good value too. We would definitely recommend!

Still the best carvery around with great food and friendly staff. Been coming here for many years and the belly pork is amazing. Just don't understand why everyone needs to bring their dog when they pop out for a roast dinner. Constant barking and a dog at every table spoilt it for us today.
