We (Myself, My Husband & My Very elderly Father Inlaw traveled from the north of England to Havant. On arrival we were greated by the most kind warm hearted lady at Reception. On booking in and finding we were on the first floor with no lift, without us asking she said "we cant have the Gentleman walking up and down the stairs and changed our room for one so close to the Main Doors.We found all Members of Staff very helpful and polite and nothing was to much trouble for them....read full review
What a great experience. From walking in and being greeted by Ross with a smile and an 'interested' and (empathetic) attentive attitude. Was professionally good and upsold additional aspects for my stay.Food next door was better than good and the staff there were also good.Rooms: Warm and comfortable. More than enough tea/coffee and toiletries. Comfortable and warm bed What more does one need.

Good as overnight stop close to Portsmouth ferry.Hotel is in need of refurbishment, slightly run down, but no real problem.Staff as always very helpful, friendly and efficient.Food & drinks: Beefeater adjacent.
