There's always a massive queue for this Costa which can be off putting. I've ordered on the app before but you can't use a gift card on there so sometimes have to queue. When you get to order the staff are polite and friendly, especially the young lad in glasses
Credit to the staff here, they were clearly short staffed and very busy . They work so hard and are always friendly and polite even under pressure. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere here. My new favourite costa

Barbara is a lovely server and always greets customers with a smile no matter how busy or stressful it is - and it does get busy here quite often. I come a lot to read as it’s usually quiet and the staff have always been for the most part kind and working very hard.
