I have ordered a lot of mornings from this McDonald's and the staff during the week always kindly put my shot of expresso straight in to my cappuccino. This morning they refused to do it. I spoke to the manager who also refused to do it and then proceeded to tell me should would not even take the rubbish back. Disabled toilet unusable, told their key doesn't work, had my own was told I could use it. The toilet seat, floor and bowl was covered with stained on urine, the smell mad you gag when you opened the door, the sink was so dirty and stained with a tap running constantly, informed the staff who didn't comment or
Worst place ever!! Wish i could give 0 stars. This is my first review here because I have never been bothered to write one but my last visit was just terrible. Every time i come jere they always forget something from my order whether its just sauces or a burger and i always let them off as I have worked in mcdonalds before.
