Newbury Rd, Kingsclere, NewburyThe Star Inn accommodated 21 of us after a long days walk - we arrived earlier than anticipated but were served courteously and promptly for our drinks before the meal. We were even allowed to move our 6pm reservation earlier to save waiting - the manager and staff were extremely helpful. The food was excellent, well cooked, tender and colourful fresh vegetables. All my friends said the same thing. We are so grateful to the staff of The Star Inn for enhancing a very enjoyable night to being truly superb on every front. Thank you.
