The Star Inn accommodated 21 of us after a long days walk - we arrived earlier than anticipated but were served courteously and promptly for our drinks before the meal. We were even allowed to move our 6pm reservation earlier to save waiting - the manager and staff were extremely helpful. The food was excellent, well cooked, tender and colourful fresh vegetables. Warm friendly lunch with good food. The service was good and attentive and the food was well cooked - basic Sunday lunch well cooked. We have a good time and there was a nice atmosphere
