A great atmosphere and a good range of sandwiches. The only small issue was they made my sandwich with no butter. They stated the customer has to ask for butter beforehand?? Rather weird. I was given a couple of small blocks of butter, but they were so hard, it would hv broken up my bread and I had no time for the butter to soften. Otherwise all perfect ?
A really lovely, rather quirky but very comfortable countryside tearoom just off the main road from New Milton into Lymington. Great cappuccinos and wonderful toasted teacakes amongst other things on offer. The tearoom is very nice but there is also a really great garden to sit in when the weather permits. Staff are also lovely and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

This is"quirky". It's a charming unique place to enjoy tea coffee cake and lunchtime snacks.It's very cozy indoors in the winter and the gardens are lovely in the summer.Recommended for a gentle light dining and relaxing experience.
