Best meal we’ve had for a long time and the staff at The Ferryman were so happy to chat and make us feel welcome. Can’t recommend The Ferryman enough, so good to have an excellent relaxed place to eat. Thank you chief for a great meal last night.
Popped in to have a drink then found out two lovely ladies have taken over the running of the pub. They have managed to turn this place around. We visited a year ago and was very disappointed . This visit well worth it, great atmosphere, good food able to engage with staff. We will return again.Vegetarian options: Would have liked a few more vegetarian options

The Ferryman has been totally renovated and is a welcoming and cosy place to go. I haven't eaten here yet, but I would do. It's a handy stop off whilst waiting for the ferry.
