We dropped in here after a very windy walk along the sea front. We got there before the lunchtime menu was available, but we’re very happy with the snack menu selection… hit the spot perfectly. The cafe was busy, but the atmosphere was great and the staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for making our day!

Stopped for dinner on Sat 14 Oct. Not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern interior, the friendly and efficient service and the tasty food (veg burger + steak were both great). The live entertainment (The Henrys) made for a memorable evening. Even happily accommodated our dog. We'll definitely make a point to return when we are next in the area.

We chose The Beachcomber for a Saturday night celebration of birthdays. We were welcomed warmly and looked after for the whole evening. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, happy and helpful. We ordered 2 veggie burgers which were huge and a fish and chips which we all enjoyed.
