I am an avid josie’s customer. I usually love a morning brunch visit in Romsey! As i am a regular, I recognise faces who would often be pleasant and attentive. But, recently, a new face has let the entire experience go. There is a blonde woman, seemingly new, who has served me a few times. This is our go to place no matter what time of day, for either breakfast lunch or just a coffee mind you that rarely happens. Always a friendly welcome and the service is always really efficient and helpful. Even though they’re so busy they’ve always got a smile and a friendly word to say. Food is always delicious, hot and freshly cooked and I have to say I’ve never had a better caramel latte anywhere else. Can’t recommend josies romsey enough

food was good, easy online ordering & payment. good prices. very popular so check wait times beforehand.the atmosphere was very busy + the tables were all in 1 line ergo very close to one another but ultimately not a problemthe service wasn't too great. all the workers looked like they didnt want to be there and i was given a few rude stares which didnt make it feel very welcoming. i ordered some tap water alongside the food and it was never given, had to ask again they used...read full review
