Extremely dog friendly, beautiful location on the marina and the staff are lovely and welcoming. Maddie is an absolute joy and a credit to the team, she made our lunch very enjoyable and she creates a lovely atmosphere.

Came here for breakfast on mother's day morning, overall the food was good however this was let down by the front of house staff. Ordered drinks and were left waiting for some time before the wait was acknowledged, during which time no one asked to take our food order. Two of our breakfast orders were muddled up, so we had to move the food around on the plates at the table. We weren't offered any more drinks at any point, and at least one member of our party left thirsty. It felt like it was bar service only and we were an inconvenience for stopping staff if they went past, even though it is table service. Staff were constantly moving/scraping chairs around on the floor, which made it difficult to hold a conversation as it was so loud, and such a shame in such a tranquil location.Once we were finished, a member of our party had to go looking for a staff member for the bill, to find several sat around a table. Unfortunately we paid the bill in a rush and didn't realise there was a service charge added on automatically, otherwise we certainly would have taken this off. Maybe a case of staff knowing they would get tipped without giving any customer service? Worth noting that it was not especially busy either.Disappointed to have picked here for a family outing, will go elsewhere in future.

Overlooking the marina on the outskirts of Southampton City Centre new the cruise terminals at Ocean Quay lays a vibrant eatery which has the best fajita's I have eaten, where the staff are helpful and happy to serve you and supply a great atmosphere throughout your experience

Visited with my wife back in September on our way back home after a holiday. A beautiful terrace area with fantastic views of the harbour. It was a very busy afternoon but our server was still very upbeat and funny. Becks I believe was her name. The front desk girl was also very professional in arranging us to be seated although it was very busy, but I did not get her name unfortunately. Me and my wife shared the mussels and they were perfect. Would return if in the area again.

We booked this restaurant for a work event catering for 35 people. We opted for the Xmas menu and pre-ordered all of our food. We were sat in the glass pergola which was nice and toasty on arrival. Admittedly it is quite hard to get the temperature right in there and between guests we were going from too warm to too cool, but thats the joys of indoor/outdoor dining. It didn't impact our experience though. Now we all know, how difficult it can be catering for large groups but we were all really impressed with the quality, quantity and presentation of the meals. It was tasty, the service was great and kept the drinks flowing, apple and cranberry sauces were added to the tables pre-main service. Lots of positive comments from all attendees and no one had a bad meal. Thanks for hosting us!

We visited last night for my wife’s birthday. The two waitresses on shift were attentive, good humoured and polite. Cracking service. Please thank them. Food was great and we will return.

Always able to accommodate us turning up and asking for a table, perks of living local. We had the roast Lamb today sat in the sunshine, with all the trimmings and it put my homemade one to the test. It was delicious. Thanks for having us!

Very very very rude staff. Pretentious, over priced and stuffy atmosphere. Will never return! Felt really unwelcome, not a way to make business!!

We were guests to some friends who took us out to dinner here, so at the time we had to keep our thoughts to ourselves. I'll start with the food, the Linguine Marinara was very good, and not too oily, the Burger came with just chips and NO salad or even an attempt of green dressing, and the Sea Food Salad was bland, limp and swimming in a puddle of oil and totally inedible. All this was served, by a team of young girls in denim hot pants. Now we live in Hamble and we know parents of young girls who have worked here in the past and where there's been is a reputation of management instructing, or dare I say 'employing them under the condition', thatt these young girls flaunt their wares and assetts to sell more drinks. This appeared highly evident on the night in question, and the code of dress was quite obviously an instruction from management. I would urge the management to be very careful over its sexist policy of staff, for all it take is for one of these girls to complain and they could drop you in a hole heep trouble.

I’ll be honest here the food wasn’t as good as it was !! You’ll probably waste your time going as you can’t book and when you turn up they’ll turn you away , it’s overpriced with a 10% tip added on Whether the food was good or not , it’s such a shame as when the last manager was there(a French gentleman ) it was ran really well so now I’ve took our trade elsewhere , your paying to sit and look at the boats really , shame but true , in winter it’s dead so they cash in during summer , if your spending your hard earned cash look elsewhere

Lovely place by the water. We were worried that it would be full when we couldn't reserve a table for 1.30 or 1.45 on a sunny Saturday but on arrival there was more than ample space, so don't be put off and if driving a long way maybe just give them a call. Chicken katsu burger was just ok, but the green curry with chicken was lovely (and massive), and kids fajitas came with 3 tortillas and more than enough fillings for a grown adult so could potentially feed 2 kids. Service was decent, and views were lovely but think they just need to invest a tiny bit more into the decor (and cleaning of the disabled bathroom) to make this place as five star as the views. Full of potential, just requires a few tweaks - well done to the team on the efforts to-date! We will probably be back in future visits to the area.

Open from 09:00 for breakfast, arrived @11:10 to be told they are not taking any more breakfast orders. Two staff members walked past me waiting at the "please wait to be seated" without any acknowledgement. The restaurant was not remotely busy. No food from the main menu until mid-day. Left and went elsewhere. Poor service and daft serving times.

Third visit recently and always been pleased, celebrated daughters graduation with family, ate with partner and also ate just one evening with my son. The lovely Holly served us on 2 of 3 occasions and service was excellent. Food was very tasty and all enjoyed it. Location and view was amazing.
