My husband and I visited recently with our daughter in laws. I have to say that this was probably the nicest pub visit we have had in an age. The food was good and it was mid day and not too busy.The waitress was northern and due to go on holiday - we could not have wished for a nicer member of staff. You should treasure her. In fact all staff fantastic. We will be back.
Popped in on a busy Sunday, at lunch time. Service was very quick, staff were really polite and friendly. Our waitress was Sami, she was quick to seat us, take our orders and was happy to help and answer any questions we had about the menu. The food arrived quickly and was the best meal we've had out in a long time. Would (and have) 100% recommend this resteraunt to anyone and will be returning soon.

Lovely attractive village pub close to the quayside and all the local marinas. We just popped in for a quick drink so didn't eat, but pub was busy with locals and many dogs, so popular with dog owners. Lovely friendly atmosphere, very spacious additional seating area for dining and a nice beer garden. I understand that it has recently changed management, and it looks like they're off to a cracking start, I wish them well.
