Went on a Sunday lunchtime not to busy. Staff excellent, quickly sat and plates removed as soon as we had finished it. Good range of food, especially Chinese and Indian. English food not so good, chips not nice and cold, roast dinner area didn’t look that good to me unlike the rest of the restaurant. COSMO is one of my favourite chains. I've been visiting the Reading branch for about 10 years.This is my third visit to the Southampton branch and whilst the service was good, and food quality was reasonable, I really felt like the business is trying to scrimp and save where it can, compared to other visits, affecting the overall quality of the customer experience.Several of the food stations have now gone, the quality of the meat wasn't great, and virtually everything in the...read full review

It was 7 of us visited this place on Sunday night . The staff were very courteous, friendly and food were very good and nice flavoured. The array of all-you-can-eat food was amazing, from Chinese, to sushi to Indian ,freshly grill salmon and seafood. A polite young man on arrival asked if we had been before and helpfully explained the process and where the foods were. Couldn't fault them at all. I will come back again.
