Our family including newly wed son and wife died at Nandos, West Quay leisure, Southampton today. I would like to give a special mention to all the people who served our lunch because they were exceptionally kind,friendly and helpful with great big smiles. Ate with the kids and 4 of their friends- food was good, it was Nando’s! What made the difference was the staff, they helped us get a great table so the kids were altogether and were super friendly to them even though it was a busy Friday.

I was served by Tom today who was an absolute star! A warm welcome on entering the restaurant, making sure I had everything I needed and always smiling, every Nando’s branch needs a Tom, will definitely be coming back because of Tom! 5 stars all the way!
