Walked in, asked for one of the pre set subs that Subway are doing now as didn’t have time to plan it. Was immediately told couldn’t pick which bread I wanted just plain. But later on they let me add sauce in that wasn’t pre set without issue?Guy kept trying to explain to me and I had to ask to repeat because I didn’t get a word he said. Recently refurbished place. Looks nice. We've been there a couple of times. Last visit was a bit bitter the bank-card reader did not work at all. Not just for us but other people also couldn't pay by card. We had to find an ATM to withdraw some cash. The guy who served us was kind and I was really sorry for him for this unfortunate thing.We tried the new series but didn't like the taste. I wish the meat free balls would come back. Always nice and fresh, the wraps are my choice and always nicely made not just thrown together like other outlets, staff seem to be consistent and always friendly.Store is always nice and clean
