Wheelchair access good, unsure about accessible toilets as I didn't use them. Staff had to move a few things for us to get to our table but did so quickly and efficiently.Starter was great, thoroughly enjoyed the sharing meal. Unfortunately my main meal was too spicy for me despite the kitchen staff's best efforts to make it as mild as possible, but I was very relieved that the wait staff offered to get an alternative made for me at no extra cost. This was quite simply the best Thai food I’ve had outside of South East Asia. All 4 dishes we ordered were fantastic, arriving so quickly that there was no doubt how fresh they were. We will be going back!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food was delicious and cocktails lovely, the decor of the restaurant gives a immersive experience taking you to Thailand. I also liked the fact that the owners/mangers and staff were all Asian. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food can beautifully presented and nice and hot.If I lived in Southampton I would be at this restaurant at least once a week!!I highly recommend Thailkun.
