Use to visit this Pub lots years ago popped in recently and what a wonderful surprise different people but the same atmosphere I remember good beer smiling socialable customer's banter humour wit just about everything that makes a British pub such a wonderful institution

I don't know how we have not been in this pub before, we have driven past it many times, Perhaps because it is quite unassuming on the outside, on a well used road. However, the pub is full of charm with a car park opposite.Staff were friendly and food wholesome. I had salt and pepper squid followed by a steak and ale casserole. ? Will definitely be back.

This is a really good pub for beer drinkers. You don't know what they will have on but it always seems to be local ales which seem to always be lovely tasting and good value for money. Its a real old fashioned pub with very friendly staff. My favourite in this area.
