Real ale straight from the barrel and lovely cellar chilled ciders fresh from the cellar.Plenty of room inside the pub and a big real sun trap garden out the back.Food is plenty full, well prepared and presented.Highly recommended for anyone looking for good ale and food at a affordable price.Fount of pub parking or there is big car park on the opposite side of the road.
I don't know how we have not been in this pub before, we have driven past it many times, Perhaps because it is quite unassuming on the outside, on a well used road. However, the pub is full of charm with a car park opposite.Staff were friendly and food wholesome. I had salt and pepper squid followed by a steak and ale casserole. ? Will definitely be back.
