I’ve been here a couple of times. I think the food is great but the service is abysmal (especially from the manager). It takes a very long time for the food to arrive and we’ve usually had to ask them when we’d get our food. I find that the manager is very stingy with the condiments. It’s a shame because the food is good here. If the place was decorated a lot better and the service was improved, they’d definitely have more customers.

Visited with family of 6, upon confirming they could accommodate some members of family with gluten and nut allergy. Restaurant was a bit empty when we arrived, which was worrying , but an hour later it was full, some people waiting by the entrance for a free table- and now I know why ! Some people say service is slow or not attentive - but you simply need to ask them as they don’t want to bother you too much ! It’s a nice idea, very interactive especially if you have kids they can have a go at cooking the food. There were also lots of different meats, seafood etc to try out. My only criticism is that they don’t really offer much advice on what to cook first, last etc, what should be paired with what etc so we were bumbling around a bit. But fun nonetheless.
