On our trip to Portsmouth we found this little gem of a restaurant, which seems very popular with the locals. Tip to all Book. Luckily we had it was a Tuesday and fully booked. There's a nice selection of drinks and the menu had enough dishes to choose from and I'd say there is something for everyone even if you don't like pasta. We both had bolognaise and it was superb freshly cooked not overly rich but just enough. Good food, great company.
A popular restaurant recommended by word of mouth and I can see why. It was wonderful, we were lucky to get a table so would advise to book. Great service. An intimate environment in a great location. My starter was goats cheese brushetta and it was devine. My main was salmon pasta and it was really tasty and a great portion. My partners steak was excellent. We thought it was good value for the excellent quality.

Brilliant food and great prices. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The place was full and had good atmosphere, my only downside was it very noisy which made conversation difficult.
