I went with my friend, we both enjoyed it, it's somewhere we can both have a cake and a drink, as I I'm gluten and dairy free .Dietary restrictions: They have oat,soya,and dark chocolate as well as normal milk and milk chocolate.

Don't bother asking for coffee if you want to drink it! Specially asked nor coffee not to hot, it was served at boiling point! I was given cold milk that I put in, picked up the cup and scalded my hand when it spilt.Also asked for warm milk for a 3 Yr old and I had to get another cup and split 50/50 with cold milk to make it safe and drinkable .WATCH OUT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN

Ok it is a Saturday. The hot chocolate is stupendous. But the service is so slow. Also having to drink in, in a takeaway paper cup just degrades to pleasure. Somebody was leaving early! Plan the right staff cover for a busy day. The Uganda 80% was not presented in the same way in a paper cup; shame. But the hot chocolate was awesome.

For a cafe specialised in hot chocolates, we found the hot chocolate to be extremely underwhelming in flavour (tasted just like milk). Though it may be to someone else’s taste.

Lovely hot chocolate in a nice location. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Massive selection of different % of dark chocolate and additional flavours you can add ie orange, chilli, cinnamon.Vegetarian options: Coconut, oat, soy milk available. Marshmallow is vegan.

The place is lovely, delicious scones but the coffee isn’t good at all. The lady barista needs more training in making coffee. She’s supposed to steam the milk up to 55 degree c.

If you love chocolate this is your place. They served delicious hot chocolate with different flavours. Also they make great chocolate with different taste and my favourite chocolate is dark chocolate with raspberry. Staff are amazing and place is so warm and welcoming.
Quick stop for a drink. Tried the Columbia hot chocolate and a hazelnut/ choc bun. Smooth creamy hot chocolate and delicious bun!

Came in for a lunchtime snack had a toastie and coffee which i enjoyed very much and the place seemed very busy it was a shame that coffee was in a take away cup but the staff did explain about using take away cups

This cafe is not far from Winchester cathedral at the quieter end of the high street so it had some free tables even though the city was busy with the Christmas market. The outside is prettily decorated for Christmas and it looks like it is just a chocolate shop. Inside there are two queues, one just for chocolate purchases and the other for food, make sure you are queueing in the right one and in the right direction! The staff are very friendly and there is a delicious looking selection of cakes and scones, it is hard to make a choice. Unfortunately having ordered it took ages to get our coffee and cakes delivered to our table. However when it arrived the excellent coffee was accompanied by a little taster of their delicious chocolate.

Lovely place with outside seating as well as in. We had about the best Mocha you can get which is also served with a luxury chocolate. It is luxury chocolate too as I was going to buy some...they are £1 a choc. Enjoyed it all though....but the best thing about all of this is the five star friendly service, simply top service.
