I loved Subway but this was the worse experience ever . Staff do not respect Subway norms, and they need a lot of training . Very poor customer service and food hygiene when handling food with their bare hands.

13year old Grandson, ordered & paid for his own treat. The order was for meatballs & salad & a portion of nachos. The delivery was on time, but the nachos were not there. On phoning the relevant shop, , his sister was told that they had forgotten to even do them & that she could go down & pick some up. They would not deliver !!! This was during this afternoons storm Ciaran & after paying for delivery. NOT HAPPY & WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. !!!

Crazy price! Half Caesar cost me £7.19! Terrible wrapping skills as I opened the wrap after 5 minutes when it’s done and it looked like vomit. I was gonna get something to eat on the bus as I was starving and now I’d rather starve.

17 pounds for a salad in a box crazy money extra charges for every thing it’s a joke. The lady is the most miserable member of staff I have ever come across and until she learns to be a bit more friendly should not be working with customers. I will not be using this store again oh and a lady had to swap her cookie because there was a hair in it no apology’s just passed her another.

Ordered from the app to pick up, got salad completely wrong in two sandwiches, completely forgot one of the others and had to go back for it, without receiving one apology. Was completely dead in there so no excuses, just lazy and rude.
