We were in Winchester for the first time and suddenly got craving for some good Indian Food. After a very short search, we came across this Resturant and could make a quick online booking. Upon reaching we got a table immediately. We ordered for kebabs and tikka, Panner matar, Dal, Chicken chettinnad and some breads in the main course. A group of 8 of us came when they were only open for another 45 mins. But we were welcomed and attended to brilliantly by friendly staff. The food though was fantastic. With many of us saying it was the best we had eaten in ages. I had the monk fish and it was so tasty. Can't wait to come back again.
My wife and I visited for dinner. As a starter, I chose Chicken tandoori on the bone. This had been well marinated and had a good tandoori (touches of charring) flavour. For my main I chose King Prawn Jalfredi. I had eaten this six days before (at the Coriander Lounge in Southampton). There, I had three very large prawns, tandoor-cooked in the shell.
