Decent coffee stop with selection of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Cheese toastie was nice enough and the coffee is good. What let this visit down was the really loud female (presumably) senior staff member who was either sat on a laptop in the main seating area, giving out orders in a loud voice or discussing staffing issues on her mobile phone so everyone could hear. As a long term customer of your Malmesbury and Cirencester and Hereford outlets, I have to report a constant painful experiences when visiting the Leominster outet.Why?When a certain lady of staff on duty, which seems often, her excruciating loud voice and unbearable constant false laughter makes me want to flee to have coffee outside.
