We visited The Stonemill on a whim on or way back from a break in Wales. It was a great choice for Sunday lunch. The only snag was finding the place as sat nav only takes you nearby (keep heading along the road another 300 yards past where the satnav tells you and you'll find it!). The restaurant has a lovely ambience in a converted cider mill complete with the original mill wheel. This was an excellent experience. Not only is the building a beautiful old barn, tastefully decorated but the food and service was exceptionally good. Four of us lunched, all had different dishes and we were all very happy with our portion size and choices. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be going again.

What a fantastic Sunday lunch today. Delicious food, beautifully presented, and friendly staff. Good value for money too. Couldn't fault it. And to the staff, thank you for being so patient when we stayed chatting for such a long time after our meal.
