The employees here are so helpful and friendly even when they're rushed off their feet. They're what makes this particular Costa my go to place when I pop to Ross. Lovely Hazel latte and toastie. Clean toilet. Cosy. Nice.Parking: I dropped my car at a garage for a service and headed here to kill some time. Parking right near Costa is difficult but there are plenty of car parks around and it's really not far to wander. And Ross is pretty enough to make it a nice walk anyway.
Every time I go in the staff are so kind. Drinks are made quickly and always taste great. Food is also great. I accidentally left my purse at home which embarrassingly i realised after my drink had been made... all 3 members of staff were lovely and just said I could take a seat, enjoy my morning coffe and come up at the end to sort something out. I ened up sorting it all out but it was a lot less stressful thanks to the staff being so understanding. I been every day this week...read full review
The two girls working today were doing an absolutely incredible job, despite what appeared to be a very difficult morning. The girl on the till even delt with some incredibly rude customers with great dignity and professionalism. Big pats on the back all round 14/04 10.40am ?
