Very nice coffee, for my taste bud of course. Unless i have an espresso, i prefer my coffee with milk. And to top it up, I add a fair amount of sugar. I can hear the "real" coffee amateurs who cannot conceive that coffee cannot be "really" appreciated if mixed with milk and/or sugar. Funny enough, I understand that purists enjoy their coffee when for me it tastes like a flat and hot Guiness. I went here with a friend that was staying at the local monastery for a coffee. Such lovely staff and relaxed surroundings. A bubbly girl working there was overjoyed as thought I looked like someone she knew, very friendly ladies. Felt like a family run place. There is no blaring music playing like some of the cafes these days and more affordable than other independents on the high street. Not one of these modern, trendy jobs, but a decent homey cafe.
