The manager and staff are rude. Paid for a 13.5 inch large pizza. Got a pizza in the large box, measured it at home and it was only 10.5 inches. Such huge cheaters. Raised this with dominos they don't seem to care. Going to file a case against them.

Just received my Texas BBQ pizza, not impressed, hardly any chicken on the pizza. Up to now I never had a reason to do a bad review. I've ordered the same pizza and it had a good amount of chicken on it, but this one, I've actually counted only 9 small slithers of chicken, in fact overall it seems to have more sauce than toppings. Big fail

The salami from the pizza had a bad taste , I call them and the manager doesn’t know how to deal with complains .don’t waste your money and mostly don’t put your family in danger ..disgusting

One thing I noticed when collecting the pizza is the staff are not wearing any gloves and same people using veg and meat using the sane hands without gloves. If you think you re ordering veggie thinking the people preparing re doing with corn set of hands then you re mistaken md give versa . Quality is not great either . Think twice before ordering

If I could put 0 stars I would have. I should have checked the reviews for this place before placing an order.I placed an order, once me and my friends realised it tasted off and was undercooked we called the branch to return the food for a refund. The manager who supposedly is called (Sunny) I say supposedly because he was reluctant to tell me his name when I asked. The manager said if you leave only one slice then I can’t refund you and I said don’t worry there’s half of the pizza left and one box of the wedges are untouched.The domino’s driver came to pick up the food and said he needed to call his manager to find out what to do. After having spoken to the manager he said “my manager said he will process the refund” and he took the remainder of the food.2 days later, i call the manager to find out about the processing of the refund and he says “you don’t get no refund” and I said I would like to make a complaint and he started saying go to the police station or something along those lines. I was baffledI strongly advise you to save your money and order food elsewhere. A message to the owner of franchise - I strongly advise you to give Mr Sunny some tips and training on how to communicate with customers politely as he is going to ruin the reputation of your franchise.

Staff not very helpful when I called. I wanted pepperoni on a 3rd of the pizza so my young son could have the margarita , they insisted it had to be half and half, which makes no sense as the pepperoni costs more!Needless to say, that part was not eaten and had to then make extra food for my son .

Been delivered a complete burned pizza, called the Borehamwood store and received the most terrible service!! The manager told me that they can not refund or exchange if one slice is taken however i explained my child taken a slice, Its a child!! I totally disappointed and would never order Dominos again!
