This pub is amazing, I haven't been since I was about 19 (which is about 29 years ago), but my family have been many times as live locally and were there last, back in May and it wasn't that great, but under new management now and the food was outstanding. We had excellent service, a wonderful table for us all to celebrate 2 birthdays and our dog joined us too. Thanks to Leah and all the staff, we had a fab time and will be back ? ??

If you're looking for a Sunday roast, this is the place. We parked up and then went for a rather muddy hour walk around the area before coming back for lunch. By far the best roast I've ever had out. Potatoes were crispy, meat was delicious, even the veg were great. Lovely pub feel to it.
