“Hiulia was our waitress and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was super friendly and had some great suggestions as we are quite indecisive when it comes to food. She was also quite good with suggestions when I told her I was lactose intollerant. The place is very clean and tidy and the food is pretty good aswell.Parking: Parking is free along the road after 6PM.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift for wheelchair users.”

“I love a good mocha whenever I have my one coffee a day, I've tried every coffee shop in Hitchin and I can say that personally for me Masan makes the best mocha. Esquires and Café Nero are the other good ones that are close but just slightly less on taste. the customer service is also fantastic, always served with a smile and a friendly chat whilst making the coffee (if not to busy to talk) and always wished a good day as I go to leave.”
