For the most part a lovely coffee shop based in the centre of town, lovely location and great hand crafted drinks however I cannot say the same for one of the members of staff. We visit this shop on a regular basis and have encountered rude, dismissive and disrespectful behaviour from a lady named Amy/Aimee, highly recommend her position at the store gets looked into after the way she treats customers. As for the rest of the staff, great service and very friendly:)
I visited Hitchin a few days ago and came to the cafe to enjoy the atmosphere and food. My coffee was fantastic, all thanks to the new trainee, he made it perfectly! Will definitely be coming in more when he's working ? Overall, a nice café with a polite team.
