The overall rating really should be higher and is not reflective of the food at all. This is the best Chinese takeaway in Hitchin and their prices are not as ridiculous as some of the others! Staff are friendly, portions are decent and everything is consistent - not too salty or greasy. This has become our regular. Lovely food. So tasty. Would highly recommend. We are vegetarian and they cater for us and give us peace of mind the food is pure veg. Great staff as well as cleanliness.

crispy duck which isn’t crispy. fried rice that isn’t fried. Chicken fried rice with two small pieces of bleached chicken. spring rolls with nothing inside them, vegetable fried rice with no evidence of vegetables. this really isn’t good enough. this could be so much better if the chef read the menu.
