Old pub, decor doesn't seem to have changed in at least 20 years, not sure the menu has changed much either!That said, very nice food once we got it (ended up ordering at the bar as wasn't sure if the waiting staff were meant to be taking orders, but having waited some time to be approached we got fed up and went to order at the bar).Food came out quite quickly despite the place being quite busy (might have been the end of the lunch rush). It was my first visit to The Raven but it most definitely won't be my last. With the large and varied choice of menu it was difficult to choose. Ann, the waitress was delightful and helped us with our choices. She made sure we had everything we needed, making it a more enjoyable evening.
