A lovely little gem on a pub, lovely and cozy inside with a large and covered garden. One of the highlights are the two food brands serving food most days at peak times. I had a burger and buffalo fries, the burger was great and juicy with crispy bacon and a good quality bun which is a often over looked item, and the buffalo fries were crispy and spicy with a dollop of creamy blue cheese dressing on top. Visited Hitchin with friends a couple of weeks ago and this was our favourite place to go!The food was amazing! Great portion sizes and good value for money!The seating area outside was lovely! And the staff were lovely!

Food was incredible, we'll be back to try the pizza next time! Unfortunately the tables are packed in so we were constantly being knocked into as people tried to get past our table on the way to the toilet. It also meant it was difficult to have a conversation.
