Ordered and waited for the food. But staff gave our food to someone else without checking the receipt. Staff doesn't care about the customer. We we had to wait a long time to get the food. Really bad service. Hope managers will look into it..
While many like to stop here for a quick snack on the way home from work, you'll sadly be met by staff who seem to have no care for the food. And simply throw things into the box, leaving a lovely mess for you to clean up before you eat. When putting sauces on burgers, they take good care to put a small blob on the side so you can enjoy a single bite of the full flavour. I am honestly surprised how one branch not far from another can be so poorly run down. I do hope this improves...read full review

Accidentally drop my box meal everything came out member of staff coming back from a break saw it happen and asked if I would like a new meal gave the receipt over and in 5 minutes got a new meal never had that happen was such a nice and helpful guy will never forget
