The first part of my visit today was terrible. I have a stammer and the older women serving me was incredibly rude and impatient with me and rolled her eyes repeatedly which made my stammer worse. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and frustrated and wanted to leave and never return until a lovely young women took over taking my order. As a sit in place it's great. Take out lattes are poor. Cup is 3/4 full. No matter how I order it, I take it home, add more milk and have to heat it up. Can it be that difficult? Costa can do it.
Great coffee shop near Radlett Station. It has been clean the times I have visited. The staff are very friendly and the Café is quite spacious with enough seating even during busy periods. The coffee is good too!
