Edit 2- Went to order last night after a year of not ordering from her. My order that once was £24 is now £40. I understand prices go up but it isn't justified here. Asparagus is £2. They charge £10. Mock duck in a can is £1.50, pancakes £0.80p, cucumber and spring onions £0.30p(based on portion you get) hoisin sauce 50p(based on portion you get). That's £3.10 it costs them to make the dish ..They charge £12. If it was £8 like it used to be, they'd still have £4.90...read full review

I order from here often and while the prices are above average the food is usually good. Large order one night which included satay, what we got was watery soy sauce instead. I submitted complaint but no response. Wouldn't mind if there's the odd slip in quality but nobody responded or reached out. For those prices you'd expect better customer service.

Paya deliver consistently late. We order through Just Eat and the restaurant update the order to say it's on its way but it never is.The food is usually good once it arrives but last night the chicken satay was dry and whatever sauce they sent with it was not peanut sauce.The chicken chow mein was flavourlessand also dry.A real disappointment and I don't think we'll order from there again.
