I simply cannot resist going into this place and trying out the doughnuts and cakes etc. the baguettes are so tasty and fresh. The hot beverages are so rich and taste to perfection. Friendly staff are always say hi when walking in and choosing what to have. Wenzels you are by far the greatest bakery I have ever came across in town.
My local Wenzels is my fave! Still awaiting the return of the rectangular London cheesecake, my waistline is missing them terribly. Belgian bun, changing to a icing smothered currant bun. Still delicious! Every visit leaves the tastebuds thrilled, bellies full, and a superiority complex to Greggs - well, except the sausage rolls!

A friendly place. Great sandwiches. The Sausage bloomer is divine as a breakfast treat and it’s a great treat for a weekend or anytime of the week. The staff treat you like friends.
