“Small pub on a corner so not much to look at from the outside or inside. But the staff were very friendly and attentive. Came here for dinner mainly. The manager popped over a couple of times to make sure we were OK. Food was really good, actually. I've absolutely no complaints about my experience. Would happily come here again.”

“It was all great ? except I was in the corner near a loudspeaker that was playing the music average 52dB peak 79dB. I'm deaf in one ear so I couldn't hear my wife talking because, for me, the sounds layer over the top of each other. We swapped seats, but the people next to us were talking very loudly too, so my wife was talking loudly to get over them and the loudspeaker. I know I could have asked for a different table, it's only a minor annoyance.”

“Great food and the finest service. Owners who really engage and know how to nurture customers. Chips are next level and indulged my love of Onion vinegar. Highly recommend this fish and chip shop, easily the best in Maple cross, Denham and rickmansworth.”

“I've had lunch here a few times whilst passing through, both times the food was surprisingly good. Yesterday I had a Chicken Shawarma wrap and a baked potato with cheese, both were superb! £11 and that included a drink. An absolute bargain! I haven't had an alcoholic drink here yet, though the drinks list was extremely reasonably priced. The waitress who served me was friendly and talked to me professionally. Great work!!”
