Great Fish&Chips, always superb quality and portions always very generous, a must try if you already haven’t. I’m very fortunate to have it as my local chippy. I highly recommend it.

Excellent fish and chips all round. Haddock was fried by order very quickly I.e. in well under 10 minutes, and the batter was crisp and not too oily, while the fish had good taste and some creaminess to it. Size was relatively good for price and the chips were certainly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! I ordered a medium portion which is just enough for 2 people, hence I had leftovers. Got a delivery this evening. The cod was a very nice fillet that had been cooked reasonably well but the batter was soggy on the bottom side and it came lukewarm. The 'scampi' were nondescript. The chips were very very good indeed. But they neglected to deliver the bottle of coke that we'd ordered and paid for and declined to redeliver it when we called to inform them of their error. Will not order from them again. Poor customer service and inconsistent food.
