Excellent pub with first class food, a friendly welcome and very good value. Highly recommended if you are on the London LOOP (I visited as part of a group walk) but also well worth making a trip for.
We come here every year to meet a group of friends, and I have always been impressed with the service during our meal, but I've never thought the food quality was that great.This time was very different!The burger I had was cooked perfectly and juicy and soft. Well cooked bacon as I had requested, and the bun was nice and fresh.My wife had the macaroni cheese which was also excellent.
