I have always enjoyed going to this Costa Coffee branch. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and it's clean.Wheelchair accessibility: This coffee shop has a ramp for wheelchair users to use.
My favorite costa in stevenage. The quality of coffee is one level better than other ones.toilets are tidy and cleanStaff are friendly and I have seen them many times helping costumers especially elderly people which is nice

I visited the Costa Coffee in Stevenage Town Centre on a Saturday afternoon. As a result I was expecting it to be buzzing and it was. the staff were all working very hard to get people served, tidy tables and get rid of rubbish so I do not hold that against them. Perhaps get a few more people in to stop people having to wait for their orders? The restaurant was clean and tidy and there were no spare tables inside, only outside with the smokers.
