New years day hangovers might have been kicking in, but as a group of 4 people, in a room of possibly 16 other people, we waited for an extremely long time for our food. Even then one order was wrong and had to be returned. It can't take 45 minutes to cook a bacon bap, eggs Benedict and 2 English breakfasts can it? 2 people behind us, arrived after us, finished eating and left before ours arrived!The atmosphere was flat, it was after all early new year's Day so accepted. Had breakfast there as a houseguest. The eating area is nicer than the food. I would opt for the nearby Lo-Lo which has nicer food at similar price. If you are coming for meals, the car park fills up quickly on a weekend.

Nice place but not enough staff. Had booked afternoon tea but waiting 30 mins for a pot of tea is unreasonable. I had to get more hot water myself and get up to pay the bill. I asked them to knock off the service charge as I should be paid that.
